Payment & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Deposit

  • Deposit: May be required at our discretion and varies by event. We’ll notify you at time of booking.

2. Balance Due

  • Payment: The remaining balance is due upon equipment pickup. We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments.

3. Cancellation & No-Refund Rule

  • No Refunds or Credits: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable and non-creditable.
  • Rainchecks: We do not issue rainchecks or credits—once booked, the date is reserved exclusively for you.

4. Late or Additional Fees

  • Cancellations upon or after delivery incur a $75 return fee plus any additional delivery charges based on your location.
