1. Agreement to Terms

By placing a reservation—online or in person—with BIG AV’s Bounce Mania (“we,” “us,” “Lessor”), you (“Lessee”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and the separate Rental Contract you sign at pickup.

2. Rental Period & Access

• Delivery & Pickup: We’ll deliver and set up at the address you provided, and we may arrive as early as the end of your rental period or as late as needed for pickup.
• Property Access: You grant us permission to enter for delivery, setup, troubleshooting, and pickup.

3. Use & Restrictions

• Eligible Users: Lessee must be an adult (18+). All users must follow onsite rules and adult supervision is required.
• Equipment Care: No moving, folding, storing, or removing inflatables. Lessee is responsible for any damage beyond ordinary wear and tear (e.g., cuts, tears, stains, or misuse). Cleaning fees ($75/hour) and repair fees ($150/hour plus materials) apply as needed.

4. Electrical & Safety

• Power Supply: Lessee ensures safe, grounded power. A $25 service fee applies for on-site troubleshooting due to electrical issues.
• Weather & Hazards: Lessee monitors weather. We may postpone or cancel for severe conditions; if you cancel upon delivery for weather or hazards, you forfeit your fees and pay a $75 return fee plus any additional delivery charges.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Insurance: Lessee confirms they carry adequate homeowner’s or liability insurance.
• Release of Liability: By renting, Lessee waives all claims against us for injury or damage, even if caused by negligence, and agrees to defend and indemnify us against any related lawsuits.

6. Governing Law & Venue

Any dispute shall be filed only in the State of Louisiana, applying Louisiana law without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
